Event Description
Ruth Macdonald cordially invites you to her Artists Studio Show on Wednesday 13th June in Regent’s Park NW1. Having recently spent a year in Scotland her latest work is inspired by the symbol stones of Scotland and their location in the landscape.
Ruth uses all types of media in her paintings from wire wool to wax but above all she is consumed by her love of colour, following in the fine tradition of the Scottish colourists and inspired by the work of Joan Eardley and more contemporary artists such as Barbara Rae and Dunbar McIntosh.
