Here is an interesting tidbit... the interview subject of my first peace flm was an accomplished Chinese composer... I was able to incorporate his music here and there as he gave me all of his compositions for use within the films thus
saving the need to hire a composer, arranger etc. he also provided archival photographs of Chinese Luminaries, Tang dynasty poems to be sung in an opera scene etc.
moral of the story: Interview a genius.
