- Linda J. Alexander grew up with the ‘70s entertainment scene. After doing the hustle, listening to the Monkees on her Duster's radio, and watching The Mod Squad--in love with Michael Cole, she began writing about entertainment characters who engaged her imagination. Linda’s published 5 books—3 nonfiction and 2 novels. Due out early 2011: A Maverick Life: The Jack Kelly Story, bio of TV and 50s film star, Jack Kelly. She teaches non-credit writing courses for Frederick [MD] Community College, and hosts a weekly entertainment radio show.
