Unfortunately for both of us, I'm not in that end of the biz.
For a long shot, why not try a mortgage broker. The ones that do well seem to
have lots of private placement money and because your venture isn't purchasing a home with all the technical details that have to be met, you might do well.
I mean, if you need say 100K, private placement could work for you. There's always a fool, excuse me, there's always somebody around that wants to become your angel. Also, if you look good in a Tux and know which is the salad fork, try working the widow market in Palm Beach. I swear, I'm gonna come back and do just that.
